I am pleased to bring you, from Andrew Buckle, the worldly renowned author of Andrew's Filter Collections (those filter collections are freely available from my website here, numbers 1-62) a growing web page here on my site a collection of Sapphire Innovations freebies and demos of their expanding product line.  Andrew and I have a long established web presence of collaboration, which has presented to you hundreds of his unique filter creations.  To be clear, though, I'm not a part of his company in any way, I am only a loyal supporter of his ideas and products, and web collaboration is a great way to expand web horizons. 

What is GraphicXtras?  It is a company in England founded by Andrew Buckle  who produces many quality commercial filters, plugins, brushes, nozzles and specialty image enhancement add-ons for use in products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Painter, Paint Shop Pro and others.

GraphicXtras Filters 1. This Photoshop plugin-compatible filter set is for both PC and Mac, and has a very low price with 70 filters in the commercial version, consisting of a massive mix of colour, displacements, blurs, etc.  The demos are freeware.
