Free Software For SOHO Needs

I've compiled a list of links to places offering free decent software.  The intent is to actually have legitimate and free applications to use for one's small or home office/personal needs.  I really like free, and the challenge here is to find enough software to have a decent computer setup that doesn't cost a cent to very little investment.  Some of these can be a very hefty download, but if you have a way that's quick, or don't mind the wait, then it'll be worth it.
