EtchTone is a filter that applies an etching texture to any image, from the supplied Steel texture, or ones that you can create on your own. It's easy to create your own textures, as long as your image editor can save in RAW image format. All you have to do is create a file, larger works better (the supplied Steel etchtone is 1100x1100 pixels), create a neutral grey color (R,G and B each equals 128), switch to Greyscale image mode, fill your new blank image with neutral grey color, then create a texture of your own design using any method you want. Afterwards, save as a RAW file into the Etches directory, and start using your new custom made filter.
