Cool Graphics Programs Just To Have

Pixia an original Japanese Edition was created and developed by the author, Isao Maruoka.  This is a freeware image enhancer/editor with some uniqueness of its own, and some cool plugins to use.  The link I have here goes to the English version, but there are links for Hungarian, Chinese and Japanese versions on that page.
Blueprint Software has a free download of their Background Creator 1.0, which will make grid-like patterns.
Embellish from Dadaware - Dadaware is no longer, but they are giving away Embellish, which will change your image and add special FX.  Download the fully-functional, non-demo freebie.
Repligator creates circular and mosaic FX.  There are actually many cool FX to choose from.  Download a demo.
Toueccans has Obviously Unbelievable Eye-Candy Collection (Amazingly Nice Software) that's all graphically oriented. TOUECCANS is a complete guide to eye-candy programs (shareware, freeware, trialware, crippleware, etcware) for DOS and Windows (3.x/95)
HyperSnap Screen Capture from Hyperionics.

Kodak Picture Disk View thumbnails of your images, export them, save them in a catalog or print them out. Will also export in Photoshop's PSD format, and read the PSD format to create a thumbnail directory. I highly recommend this viewer.
