I've collected some good places to go that feature Photoshop tips. There are great things to learn out there, and these sites have a lot to offer. Most anything you want to achieve with Photoshop and don't know how to start your project can be found here. I've described the sites as best I can without getting long winded. Some are PC oriented, some Mac oriented, but the techniques are still the same. If you have a site up that features tips for using Photoshop, e-mail me with a description and I'll add your link.
